More and more users are interested in playing Youth Cups.

So I am coming with additional information for those who are interested.
Anyone can register and play in a Youth Cup. You only need to have a youth team. In case you have a youth team but you appear as not having one, please access the option "Update" from the main menu.

It's simple. Go for it!

You can now have more fun by creating and managing Youth Teams.

We have also implemented an online SMS payment system for the Cup Manager Supporters: very quick, easy to use and no more than 1.99 EURO per month.

The new version - 3.0 - is online starting from today. Among the big improvements that we brought we would like to remind the following: totally new design, big improvement related to site loading speed, new options (for both supporters and no supporter users). There are other more new features you have to discover by yourself.

Time for performance, all engines on. During last 2 weeks the Cup Manager engine has been reviewed for performance issues. You should notice an improvement regarding the loading of the website. If there are sections still loading slowly, please send a message to our team (best would be to send it - yeap, your guess is correct - obsy, the one).

  New rule for ranking : teams no active in the last 30 days are not added to ranking anymore. Only active users are part of the ranking (by active teams we understand that the owner has been logged in the last 30 days).
  Wanna see if an user is serious ? Try to search for him on the RANKING.

  The problem on updating results from Hattrick web server was solved - all the CHPP comunication has been updated/changed.
Now, it might be some of you to update the results manually to be able to go further with your cup. For those of you who like to reset this result added manually and to be able to update it automatically from Hattrick, just send a message to user obsy_ and he will help you.
Also - we've got tones of messages during this issue. All of them are about informing us that the update is not working. We took the decision not to answer to any of this messages. If any of you has special request, please send a message to user obsy_ again and he will help you.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience and let's the game continue

  At this moment we are experiencing problems on updating results from Hattrick web server. We are working hard on this to be fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience, stay connected for news.
P.S. No cups will be deleted next week for inactivity until everybody is getting up to date with updates.

  Today Cup Manager team took the decision to delete all the accounts without any activity this year. With this, a number of 230.000 accounts were deleted. This way you can select only among active users.

  Starting today, on Cup Manager website, alias is displayed instead of your login name. This is a request from Hattrick. All of you are asked to log in and to update your team details. This way your alias will be read from Hattrick's website. To do that, in the main menu (the one with your team name) is an option called "Update". Click on it and your alias will be read from Hattrick's website.

  Seems the CHPP interface is stable now. Users reported some errors on downloading scorers and bookings. This error was on Cup Manager side and has been solved. All of you who wants to redownload the data for a match just send a message to user obsy_. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  A new version of CHPP interface has been developed and released by Hatttrick. Seems to be some errors on this new interface and the download action to crash. Please be patient until Hattrick guys fix this issue.

  A new section has been developed, the FAQ section. We hope this section will answer to most of your questions. If there is still something you are not finding here don't hesitate to write a message to obsy_.

  A new version has been released. This version's development was focused on improving a little bit the way users are interacting. For that,we released the following new features:
 -  'Invitations' concept arised. It's easy from now: do you have a cup and you don't know how to promote it ? Send invitations. This way users are one click away from your cup.
 - Another feature is the posibility to send a message to all participants to a cup: this way you can keep them informed about new changes or simply tell them a joke.
 - As a bonus, checkout the cup' statistic page. You can see statistics for all the editions of a cup.
 - And, the last one - not visible to users - is that a new translation system has been developed. This way translators can easily update texts from site.

   Some users write to us asking about their disappeared cups. Hope this will answer their questions and it will clarify that for the future.

  Cups do not just disappeare. As it states in the rules, a cup is deleted in one of the following situations:
- it is a dummy cup, all the results were specified manually
- the cup is not finished in 5 days after the last round
- the cup is not started in 5 days from the date it should start

  Due a minor bug at the registration process some users had succeeded to register their team more then once. The bug has been eliminated. We had to set as inactive all this multiple acounts. Users who can't access their account are asked to contact us by HT Mail (user obsy_) to reactivate their accounts.

  During thursday and friday the Hattrick server is/was down. It make no sense to try to update the results because there is no response from Hattrick web serber. Patient until Hattrick webserver is back - check out the Cup Manager conference in the while, a lot of interesting topics are waiting.

  At this moment some tehnical probelms occured on the webserver software. Because of that, the conference and any actions regarding matches are not working. We are apologize for that and we are woking on it.

  Starting today, due to the heavy activity on the webserver, the NewsLetter option has been deactivated from cup administration and alliance administration menu. It will stay like this until I will find a nicer solution. Seems like this was the reason why some users didn't received their password by email when using the "Lost paswword" option.

   A beta version of league system is now available. You can make your own league where the number of teams can be up to 8 teams.

  Cup administrators can select now the place where the match should be played - this option is called "Change arena". Also, a small improvement has been made at the TOP100. Check it to see the improvement.

  The only persons allowed to update the results of a cup are the administrators of the cups or the co-organizers. They are asked to take their respnsibility seriously and to update the results in time, otherwise the cups will be considered as unused cups and will be deleted. This way all the details of the cup will be lost.

  Please be careful when selecting the start date of the cup. Periodically, all the cups that did not start at the specified start date will be deleted automatically. This operation is irreversible. So please pay attention to this information.

  A new facility has been added: you can send a NewsLetter to the participants in the cup. The user needs to have an e-mail adress, which can be set in the "Settings" section. We remind you that there will be real e-mails sent and not messages using the internal messaging system.
